We had a wonderful stay was so clean and comfortable the little touches were perfect amazing views from the garden hut tub was bonus. Would definitely recommend, one of the best places we have stayed in and will be booking again for next year.

The cottage is delightful. It is well equipped and very comfortable. It is also ideally placed, within a small group of holiday cottages, close to the beach and only a short walk from a pub and a restaurant. It is ideal for walks along the very peaceful Suffolk coast. We found it perfect for a short break with our young dog.

A really lovely chalet with views of the sea. We were there at the end of November and made use of the log burner which made it so cosy. Well equipped kitchen.

This short break was exactly what we all needed. There were many welcome items for us, tea, coffee, milk in the fridge and cleaning materials. The hot tub was nice and warm and preheated ready for use. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful, the staff that clean and maintain the cottages and gardens. Lovely clean beach to walk along and exercise the mad collie. A very well organised place to stay and will definitely visit again. 10/10

A lovely little cottage with excellent sea views. The whole site is well cared for. The kitchen is well equiped with eveything we needed for our short stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom shower was excellent. It handled 3 full showers without running out of hot water.

The view from the window at Castaways Lodge 6 at Kessingland was lovely. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets. A few steps down to the beach with interesting flora and good walks along the shingle. Excellent location for exploring the attractions of this part of Suffolk. The cottage was clean and the beds in the 2 bedrooms comfortable.

Had a superb few days of kiting and chilling with good books. Chalet was well equipped and had everything we needed. The location is amazing with beach access and views from the chalet being a key point. Bed so comfy we bought a new mattress on return home due to peaceful and comfortable nights. Easy to find and lovely to have parking included. Owners were fab and soon posted back a mislaid item. Well worth a visit and look forward to returning summer or winter.

Wonderful sea view, lovely welcome box of goodies, including milk, was very thoughtful and supplying kitchen products meant we didn't have to buy our own. Our host, Michelle, was very kind and accommodating, when I made a mistake in the booking. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time in this property. It was very comfortable and everything we needed was supplied. Furniture and bed were extremely comfortable. Lovely outside space where you could sit and just watch the world go by. Wonderful space for our dog too. It was lovely to be so close to the sea and just a short walk to be on the beach. We look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

Excellent location literally 300 meters from the beach, comfortable space for 2 adults and 2 children with the family dog, the directions were excellent, the house clean and beautiful. We will definitely return without doubt.

Lovely small terraced house, very clean and nicely updated, location right next to the beach. Beds and sofas were comfy, kitchen was well stocked and welcome pack was a bonus. WiFi was very good.
